- Develop and implement accounting structure and standard operating procedure for the organization and future subsidiaries.
- Provide the monthly Cash Flow Statement, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for the subsidiary in the organization.
- Ensure proper year end audit which includes working with accountants or consolidating financial reports.
- Prepare and submit annual financial management reports of the organization.
- Ensure the proper handling of all internal administration for finance.
- Analyzing financial data, trends, and patterns to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved.
- Managing budgets and developing financial plans to meet organizational goals.
- In charge of the Finance department and oversee the AP, AR & Taxation.
- Responsible for day-to-day financial operations and ensuring proper invoicing and issuance of receipts.
- Develop and prepare reports and statistics relevant for managing and improving the operations in Singapore.
- Ensure compliance with regards to tax filling matters and accounting reporting to relevant ministries.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including government authorities) with clear required documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate books, general ledger, and financial statements.
- Manage month end closing of accounts and bank reconciliation.
- Perform any other general accounting duties as assigned.
- Skilled in fixed assets registration, fluent in assets depreciation matters
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent Licensing and Account
- Minimum 5-years of work experience in Finance and Accounting field
- Strong analytical and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and experience in XERO accounting software.
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently.
