Responsibilities 1 Lead, train and manage a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to execute and control site finance and accounting activities 2 Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, local statutory requirements and corporate policies. 3 Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audit, business regulations with compliance of Malaysia laws & regulations and minimize statutory exposure in Malaysia 4 Support management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making 5 Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: 1 Analytical,planning & concept thinking skills. 2 Good written and verbal skill in English & Malay, Mandarin. 3 Ability to develop & motivate subordinates to achieve organization objective
