Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, in accordance with the required statutory requirements.
- Coordination of business planning and responsible for preparation of forecast & budget and relevant financial analysis in accordance to business needs.
- Oversee subordinates as well as guiding new members whenever necessary.
- Active involvement in business case analytics and cost optimization initiatives.
- Review and implement procedures & policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOP whenever necessary.
- Active involvement and provide support for operations needs.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.
- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant financial reporting experience, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles.
- Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
