Finance Manager (property & F&b)

Job Description
You'll be part of their retail chain in driving the entity under the group, leading a sizable finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Director.
- Closing and preparation of monthly management accounts
- Prepare and submission of monthly reporting to head office
- Preparation of quarterly and annual budget, cash flow and profit projections
- Checking of payment vouchers, journal vouchers, staff claims, creditor's invoices and all GL transactions keyed in
- Preparation of quarterly tax computation and tax estimates
- Preparation of monthly and daily cash flows
- Liaison with bankers, auditors and tax consultants
- Work closely with warehouse and purchasing for stock control and costing
- Attend to outlets operations requirement including relevant licenses application
- Supervising a group of accounts assistants and executives and overseeing the daily operation of the Finance Dept
- Professional Qualification (ACCA) or recognised Accounting Degree
- 4-5 years' related working experience in food and beverage and franchise businesses will be added advantage
- Experience in stock monitoring and product costing
- Well-versed with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, Sales and Service Tax and Income Tax Regulations
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal, analytical and report writing skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint) and familiar with computerised accounting system
You'll be part of the leadership team, leading a team of 5 and managing their retail operations for the group.
