A newly created Sales Manager (Franchise F&B) job has become available at a new franchise acquisition at one of the growing F&B chains in the country.

About the Sales Manager (Franchise F&B) Role:
Reporting to the Head of Franchise, you will manage, develop and grow the franchise partners and contribute towards the brand in becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of franchisee-specific business plans and budgets
• Be the point of contact between franchisees and the company on brand standard alignment, marketing strategies and promotions, day-to-day operating standards and processes, customer relationship/feedback, staffing and recruitment and expansion planning
• Monitor and feedback information about competitor activities within the region
• Support the development of franchise management on financial performance and revenue, cost control and stock management through analysis on its profit and loss and KPIs
• Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
• Manage franchise legal responsibilities including ensuring franchise agreement renewals, account receivables and keeping franchisee agreements up to date with current legislation
• Execute audit plans and market visitation to ensure franchisees comply with legal and statuary policies and procedures
• Organise, manage and conduct market training for new store openings. Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention

To succeed in this Sales Manager (F&B) job, you will need to have at least eight years of franchising experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration or a related discipline
• Financial and computer literacy
• Strong communication, organisational, operational and people skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
