Job Description


As the Sales Executive based in one of the showrooms in Johor Bahru reporting directly to the team lead there, you are expected to drive the adoption of the clients\' financial products offered to finance and protect the customers\' purchase from the dealerships.

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful business rapport with key clients for long-term business growth
  • Collaborating and assisting the dealerships in increasing sales by positioning your products accurately in the sales cycle
  • Training and coaching the sales floor on updated product offerings to in turn grow your sales
  • Maintain close relationship with dealerships, sales floor and corporate office to identify and maximize growth opportunities
  • Achieving financial targets in terms of conversion rate and acquisition volume
  • Constantly smoothen process flows and updating data analytics to maximize operational efficiency

The successful candidate will be confident in growing the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. Having a keen eye towards building meaningful business relationships and excellent business acumen are critical to success and must also possess the following competencies:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce or relevant fields with a minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the finance industry
  • Prior experience hire purchase or similar arrangements is a massive advantage
  • Possess own transport and willing to occasionally travel to other dealerships within Johor
  • Entrepreneurial sales mindset that is driven, flexible and hungry for growth
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with a strong command of English, Mandarin & Bahasa
  • Ability to work independently and in a team effectively while being a critical thinker and problem solver

  • Alternative to finance sales for a prestigious brand outside of the banking industry
  • Up to RM20,000 in earned quarterly incentives
