Overview

As a Financial Protection Advisor, you'll work directly within a bank branch environment, representing a top insurance brand. Your main role is to consult with customers, understand their protection needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. This position offers structured training, attractive incentives, and career growth potential within a reputable financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Promote a range of insurance products to existing and walk-in bank customers Conduct customer needs analysis and provide customised financial advice Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Consistently achieve individual sales targets Attend regular training to stay updated on products and advisory techniques

Candidate Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Open to candidates from all industries Financial Protection Advisor (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years' work experience Diploma holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Advisor (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Advisor: Degree holders with at least 2 years relevant experience

Remuneration & Benefits
