What will you be engaged in?
As our new Fleet Operation Executive, you will be in charge of the below:

• Manage an operation performance to maximize fleet conditions and uptime and minimize costs
• Manage and continually improve fleet operations for operational performance
• Work within new and established Socar processes to manage the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness
• Negotiate and manage vendor service contracts to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, and cleaned to Socar\'s high standard
• Manage the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles, including Socar branding preparation and installation of Socar\'s system
• Manage vendor performance to maximize vehicle condition and uptime and minimize costs
• Analyze market historical data to strategize around model mix and fleet growth Optimization of parking locations in key areas
• Around-the-clock accident handling and breakdown support
• Fleet delivery, maintenance, repairs, and inspection
• Lead the overall process for disposal and procurement
• Continually improve the process for disposal and procurement

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
• Good communication skills (preferably bilingual English & Bahasa Malaysia)
• Experience in managing staff, service contractors and other vendors would be an added advantage
• Experience setting up and executing service contracts
• Good negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Schedule flexibility to deal with unexpected issues and seasonal events
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel/ Google Sheets
• Hold a Malaysian driving license for a minimum of 2 years
