\xe2\x80\xa2 Motivate and guide all service associates to maintain the excellent customer service skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct training for associates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Welcome all guests to the outlet, take accurate orders and offer recommendation and suggestions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve all orders promptly with correct table settings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Seek guest feedback regularly and share the feedback with F&B Supervisor and the culinary team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure room service orders are delivered accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clear all soiled plates and tray left along the floors promptly upon request or based on pre-determined schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be sensitive towards special guest preference, eg : allergic to certain food, gluten-free, etc. Ensure these special requests are communicated accurately to the kitchen team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare take-way foods or picnic baskets upon request. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well verse in food & beverage service sequence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with food safety requirement (FSR) and Halal Certification hygiene standard. Be part of the Halal Committees and emphasize personal hygiene practices among the associates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular inventory of various operating equipment as per guidelines provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all produces made by service team are in accordance to standard recipe, including beverages, ice cream, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control the usage of all materials and supplies, to minimize wastages and costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the kitchen team in ensuring highest food quality is produced for guests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist kitchen team in checking for buffet replenishment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out cashiering duties including payment collection and postings for the outlet. Ensure sufficient cash float with various denominations is maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all set up in the outlet is ready prior to the commencement of meal period. Provide special and personalize set up for special occasions, eg : honeymoon, anniversary, etc
