Provide leadership and able to lead the team.
Provide technical support in the areas of Quality Management with emphasis on customer requirements, continuous product quality, and productivity improvement.
To ensure compliance of food related regulation requirements and regulatory bodies.
Overall responsibility to Quality Control / Assurance matters and its \xe2\x80\x98Quality\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, preventing any off-spec products release to the market.
Responsible for recommending products formulation include enrichment & enzymes formulation.
Manage the status of the Quality Control /Assurance Testing Procedure ensuring maintain its accuracy and relevancy.
Remuneration package given based on working experiences.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 5 years work experience in Food Safety & Quality (Control & Assurance) in manufacturing fields. Priority will be given to applicant in flour industries and food processes.
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent academic qualification.
Experienced with any food related regulation such as FSSC, HACCP, GMP (AIB Standard), and HALAL will be an added advantage.
Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Taken at least two Covid-19 vaccination. Preferable to those taken with booster dose vaccination.
