Role Requirement:

• Technical knowledge of Food Safety & Quality (Control + Assurance).
• Provide leadership and able to lead the team.
• Provide technical support in the areas of Quality Management with emphasis on customer requirements, continuous product quality, and productivity improvement.
• To ensure compliance of food related regulation requirements and regulatory bodies.
• Overall responsibility to Quality Control / Assurance matters and its \xe2\x80\x98Quality\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, preventing any off-spec products release to the market.
• Responsible for recommending products formulation include enrichment & enzymes formulation.
• Manage the status of the Quality Control /Assurance Testing Procedure ensuring maintain its accuracy and relevancy.
• Remuneration package given based on working experiences.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in Food Safety & Quality (Control & Assurance) in manufacturing fields. Priority will be given to applicant in flour industries and food processes.
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent academic qualification.
• Experienced with any food related regulation such as FSSC, HACCP, GMP (AIB Standard), and HALAL will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Taken at least two Covid-19 vaccination. Preferable to those taken with booster dose vaccination.
