Job Description
Role Purpose:We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Food Safety & Quality Intern to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of FSQ-related subjects and requirements in the Food Industry.Location: Dairymas Plant, Lot 7&9, Jalan Sungai Kayu Ara 32, Seksyen 32, 40460 Shah Alam, SelangorDuration: 6 months (preferably)Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of food safety and quality protocols across various food processing and manufacturing environments.
- Analyze data related to food safety and quality control measures, presenting findings and recommendations to the team.
- Engage in research projects aimed at enhancing food safety technologies and practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and R&D, to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Background in Food Science, or Science & Technology-related fields.
- A strong interest in food safety, public health, and quality assurance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
