Looking for a well-potential & experienced Food Technologist (Food Safety & Quality Management) or any related field. - At least 1 year experience. - Fresh graduate are welcome. MeSTI / Halal - Ensure compliance with Food Safety (MeSTI & Halal) audit requirements are followed strictly and on daily basis - Raw Material & Packaging control (mainly on the inventory and source of origin of raw materials & packaging) - Audit, spot check, and finalize records - Documentation (certification & permit deadline & renewal, document & record control for authorities audit purpose) - Identify problems, present & suggest solutions - Suggest to upgrade system if needed in times Production Report 1) Production Process - Controls usage of raw material & packaging - Liaise with relevant departments and/or third parties to facilitate daily operation - Supervise and ensure smooth running of overall operation by team of staffs - Records daily production report 2) Stock Control - Oversee the whole storage plan - Audit & finalize (on ground) stock report - Maximize the storage availability for the production process - Solve stock imbalances - Identify problems, present & suggest solutions - suggest to upgrade system if needed - Record daily stock report - Advanced in Excel Data Management - Collect, analyze, present and interpret data - Provide regular reports and assist management in business development, planning and budgeting
