Job Description


Foreign Workers Management Coordinate foreign workers application quota by liaising with agencies to ensure smooth processes according to government rules and regulations Managing foreign workers work permits including FOMEMA and insurance, new and renewal applications Update internal foreign workers database related to personal information and any changes in data Prepare and maintain official letters regarding foreign workers management Attend any government request such as immigration, JTK etc. Logistics Management Coordinating any requirements, accommodation, vehicles and machineries for staff, foreign workers and construction sites usage Prepare site office requirements related to administrative items (PPE, helmet, safety shoes, wifi, printer, water dispenser etc.) and prepare monthly cert for payment Ensure company vehicles and machineries are serviced on time and well maintained General Tasks Provide administration support to maintain and update files related to logistics and foreign workers Assist Human Resource and Admin Department and Logistics Department with ad-hoc tasks Ensure issues related to foreign workers and logistics are discussed with the Management for it to be minimised Qualifications Able to independently travel to construction sites interstate whenever needed Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration, Human Resource or Construction Management any related field At least 1 year of experience in foreign workers\' management, logistics management or construction industry Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage foreign workers
