A renowned luxury retail company is recruiting for an FP&A Manager job in Malaysia. In this job, you will be responsible for budget and internal compliance related functions.

About the FP&A Manager Role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage all budget, inventories activities as well as internal compliance related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve compliance with budget requirements across all functions
• Monitor the protection of assets and fixed asset spending within the approval limits
• Develop and optimise operational processes to fit to the fast-changing business
• Continuously analyse and review business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance
• Prepare and provide all relevant data and analysis for a proper and smooth budget and forecast process to local Management
• Prepare internal reporting on financial performance of the company using existing tools and incorporating improvements such that information is reliable, timely and comprehensive

To succeed in the FP&A Manager role, you need to be committed during closing period.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA, MIA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW, etc. is an added advantage.
• More than seven years' working experiences in similar capacity
• Retail/FMCG working experiences is an advantage
• Proficiency in finance and accounting software, e.g. SAP, Qlik Sense and EPM
• Self-driven, independent individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and analytical skills
