Job Description

As a Franchise Manager at YOU CAN BUY, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion and success of our franchise network. You will be responsible for managing relationships with franchisees, ensuring that they adhere to company standards, and providing the support needed to maximize their performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering business growth.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Optionally English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Age Below 45.
• Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for business growth.
• Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with franchisees and oversee franchise operations & setup.

• Provide ongoing support to franchisees in areas such as operations, marketing, and financial management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with franchisees, offering guidance and feedback to improve business operations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by franchisees in a timely and effective manner.

Operational Compliance:

• Ensure that all franchisees adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct audits and site visits to monitor franchise operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain consistent standards across all franchises.

Sales & Marketing:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive franchise business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Support franchisees in local marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.

Financial Management:

• Assist franchisees in managing their financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Analyze franchisee financial reports to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure that franchisees meet their financial obligations to the company, including royalty payments and other fees.
