This is a position open in an international logistics company based in Batu Maung.
Experience in logistics field as customer service and freight planning is required.
Your duties and responsibilities included the following:
-Received booking info from internal team by email or thru system
-select carrier matching rates and transit time required
-place booking thru carrier portal or email to negotiate and file ad hoc rates approve by carrier
-To follow up on booking confirmation and rates from carrier
-To update team with flight details thru email or system once space confirmed
-To obtain detail from planner's folder for pre allocated space
-to create Mawb Gateway Schedule in system once booking confirmed and send flight details to Cssv thru system
-to get the Daily Mawb List from SBI Report Daily for checking uplifting and update Re-cost
-To update final load and final BUP planning for Daily Pre Block Space to Carrier
-Perform any other tasks as directed by the superior as needed

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
