  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
  • Can speak in English & Mandarin
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness
  • Fully support HRBP (C&B) to ensure monthly task run smoothly
  • Submit and perform timely and accurate payroll administration
  • Submit general HR Report (attendance, leave, claim etc.)
  • Ensure all the procedure and practice compliance with employment laws and HR policies
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, exit interviews and necessary documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation
  • Provide support and implement employee engagement HR initiatives and activities
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes
  • Handle daily office administration
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
