PLAYA Racquet Club
is on the hunt for a friendly and meticulousFront of House Captain
to be the welcoming face of our club. If you're service-focused and great with people and numbers, this role is made for you.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Handle payment collection accurately and efficiently (cash, card, QR, etc.) Greet guests and assist with seating or directions as needed Ensure front-of-house areas (reception, bar front, lounge) are clean and organized Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
WHO YOU ARE:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred Polite, approachable, and service-oriented Comfortable using POS systems or learning quickly Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
