Job Description

As a Front Office with a genuine passion for hospitality, you are always ready to adapt to changing circumstances. You have a keen eye for quality and proactively respond to dynamic situations at the front desk. Your knowledge and experience are fully leveraged, giving you the autonomy to implement your vision in close collaboration with the management team.

Tasks / Responsibilities:



Provide general information and effectively record and relay messages Write, respond to, and send standard letters and emails professionally Check guests in and out efficiently using reservation lists Issue and manage room key cards Offer guests up-to-date and relevant information to enhance their stay Process guest payments accurately using automated cash register systems and online software Assist with end-of-shift procedures, including reconciling payments and ensuring accountability for all transactions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
