Plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience.
Supports the Front Office Manager by supervising front desk staff, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that service standards are consistently met, staff are well-trained and motivated and administrative tasks such as room assignments, billing, and reporting are accurately completed.
Collaboration with other departments, particularly housekeeping and maintenance is essential to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support guest service assistant during shifts
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
Resolve guest complaints and requests efficiently
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy
Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
