Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. You will assemble with your team buddies to make sure millions of players around the world have the best player experience and community experience possible. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree, or master\'s degree in any field. Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in the Customer Support role. Strong time management skills. Motivated to exceed expectations. Strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers. Strong critical thinking and decision-making process to identify the needs and wants of our players. A focus and passion for resolving issues for gamers.
