Responsible to the Management for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, the achievement of revenue and the profitability as well as growth and sustainability of the business.
Developing and implementing an innovative and ambitious Agriculture strategy with a clear focus on evidence-based advocacy, advisory work, and scaling up of operations.
Overseeing quality of implementation (time, budget and deliverables) of Agriculture programmes.
Resource mobilization and relationship management with main investors and partners, including securing funding for Agriculture.
Positioning the Group of Company as a global player in the agriculture sector in the
local and international development arena.
Ensuring outstanding results and a high level of quality in our Agriculture programmes.
Overseeing the performance and composition of staff and the development of their potential.
Together with the Management Team, developing the key performance goals and ensuring all 10 approved Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
In control for all statutory and regulatory requirements are compiled and in order.
Responsible for ensuring the Company has appropriate risk management processes that comply with laws and regulations relating to safety, health, environment, and safe workplace.
Accountable for developing new solutions to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s needs
Responsible for developing, successful execution, and maintaining effective human resource policies, procedures and managing the performance of staff.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Requirements:
Minimum Eight (8) years or more experience in the related field.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in a related field.
Good at problem-solving and communication
Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of confidentiality, trusted and reliable
Strong analytical, critical, strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
Great networking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
Must be willing to work 5 and half days (Saturday-Half Day)
