Supervise the project management and development of both new and ongoing projects, as well as renovations and upgrades.
Make sure projects are approved on time and completed in accordance with high-quality standards (Conquas, Qlassic, QAQC & PQP).
Ensure prompt approval and handover vacant possession of completed units to purchasers.
Prepare project feasibility studies, budgeting, analyse consultants Pre-tender estimate, and anything related to project development for approval from management.
Identify, negotiate and suggest consultants for appointment.
Develop designs and prepare briefs of product.
Coordinate the submission of drawings/documents to relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Housing and local councils, for necessary approvals including KM & BP.
Responsible for liaising with land offices and survey boards regarding all land matters, including the application and submission of SIFUS and the issuance of strata titles based on the new Strata Management Act 2015.
Manage tenders and contracts effectively.
Foster strong relationships with relevant departments and authorities.
Lead and conduct coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to address project-related issues and propose solutions in Client Consultant Contractor meetings.
Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to staff to cultivate a skilled team.
Requirements
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business/Engineering, Property Development, or any related field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly with high-value projects.
Capable of effectively managing projects under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
