Job Summary:

• As a GW to assist in Cold Room for cold chain operation activity - perform unpacking of cold chain shipments for STO Arrival and SADC Re-ice shipments, cleaning activity, housekeeping activity. Plus Receiving PIC for arrival shipments.

General Responsibilities:

• Perform unpacking of cold chain shipments for STO Arrival and SADC Re-ice shipments
• To responsible for receiving inspection of all arrival shipments
• Perform cleaning activity
• Perform housekeeping activity
• Pick accurately according to the correct SKU, quantity & expiry/batch based on the Invoice provided
• Assist in cold chain dispatch activity (Prepare ice packs or PCM/ Thawing ice packs or PCM / prepare foam box or ORCA box/ Packing Foam box or ORCA box)
• Safe handling of stocks to prevent damages
• Pull stocks to assigned Despatch designated area for checking purposed
• Check source bin - report to supervisor if found wrong item, wrong quantity or missing stocks
• Perform 1st check for arrival shipment (STO)
• Ensure all aisles are clear and no pallets are blocking
• Ensure correct stocks been put away to the correct bin location
• To undertake any additional duties & responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
• To assist HOD in all areas

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuching DC and working in shift basis.
• Product knowledge; checking procedure
• Physically fit to perform the job and ability to read/write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and simple English
• Able to communicate of any arising issues related to checking activity
• Ability to make quick decisions during unexpected situations or in an emergency.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Education:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.

Work Experience:

• Candidate with working experience. Those without working experience can be considered
