Job Responsibility Responsible Overall Supervision of Project Site Progress. Manage and Supervise Day to Day Project Activities to ensure Projects are executed and on Schedule. Undertake Any and all Others Duties, Responsibilities as Instructed by the Superior. Attend Project, Site Meeting and Coordinate Site Activities. Conduct Site Survey and Measurement Work. Prepare Daily Site Report, take Site Progress Picture, keep all Site Records and Documents. Monitor Work Progress and ensure that All Works are in accordance to Drawing, Specification and Procedure. Maintain Close Communication with Contractor, Sub-Contractor to plan and deliver accurate Delivery Scheduling. Job Requirements Candidate must Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of Working Experience in the related field will be an advantage. Preferably Candidate experience in Retail Renovation. Willing to Travel to any Project Site. Possess Own Transport. Able to Work under minimum Supervision, Independently and in a Team. Able to Start Work Immediately. Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese. Applicants must be Malaysian Citizen.
