Kibing Group was founded in 1988 and listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The company has more than 10,000 employees, 26 high-quality float glass production lines with daily melting capacity of 17,600 tons. In 2022, Kibing Group was invested RM2 billion for manufacturing downstream products of silica sand and photovoltaic glass in Sabah state. Thus, SBH Kibing Silicon Materials (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established and estimated created 300 jobs for the silica sand processing plant in Sikuati, Kudat, Sabah.
