The Global Topic Lead - Analytics Data Insight is accountable for technical aspects of Analytics transformation in an enterprise environment for NTT DATA Business Solutions

\xe2\x96\xa0 Responsible for globally leading technical or functional expertise in Analytics & Data Insight elements.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Supporting Global Service Area Manager on technical aspects in the Analytics & Operation service area.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Supports the operation regarding technical escalation and root cause analysis (RCA) as well as the continuous improvement of all services within the respective service area.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Provide subject matter expertise in information on Analytics and systems engineering.

\xe2\x96\xa0 To carry out any other duties which are within the employee\'s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Convince us with your potential!

\xe2\x96\xa0 University degree in Information Technology or any equivalent.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Min 8+ years of experience in IT focusing on Analytics & Operation.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proven experience in Splunk technology. Experience includes maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Certification from any analytics tools will be added values.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Certification in ITIL.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Able to travel if required.
