This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.As a Business Development Manager for our Data Center division, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Business Development: Opening new market segments and promoting our solutions to grow market share and country revenue.
  • Account Management: Building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Sales Strategy: Designing sales strategies for vertical and horizontal industries.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Plan Execution: Implementing the established business plan effectively.
  • Solution Selling: Presenting and selling Data Center Product solutions to partners or customers.
  • Customer Insights: Independently gaining insights from customers, developing tailored solutions, managing bids, and preparing quotations.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Sharing knowledge with solution sales team members to enhance overall team performance.
Candidate Requirements
  • Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Educational Background: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Computer/Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Industry Experience: Strong background in the data center/IT industry with established relationships in the DC sector, capable of engaging directly with CEOs and CTOs.
  • Team Player: Excellent team player with initiative, capable of meeting project timelines and working independently. Strong learning ability, willing to embrace new technologies and products. High sense of responsibility to deliver quality work on time.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Proven capability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Adaptability: Fast learning capability with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
