About Our Client

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with huge footprint across the region, with their products well embedded into our daily life. With the recent increase in demand locally/overseas, they are currently looking for a Global S&OP Manager to join in their leadership team.

As the Global S&OP Manager, you will be expected to have strong experience within the planning segment (supply + demand). Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Lead the S&OP management reviews, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Regional Demand and Supply Planner, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at the S&OP process meetings and establish company\'s Supply plan.
• Manage exceptional demand/sales opportunities with the manufacturing plants to maximise revenues and to mitigate any risk.
• Analyse supply and demand issues and facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain.
• Assess the current maturity level of the S&OP process across all Regions and BU and develop a roadmap to engage the Supply Chain community toward S&OP Next Level.
• Drive continuous improvement to the process, ensure full adoption from teams through digital and analytics

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s / university degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business Management.
• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning). Integrated Business Planning and S&OP implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and data driven problem solving skill.
• Strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify, synthesize and convince
• Open to new ideas, driving continuous improvement and challenging status quo.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needs.
