Leads and oversees the industrial relations, employee relations and the overall group Human Resources operations
Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances
Represents organisation in arbitrations, negotiations, meetings with employee and labour department / IR court
Collaborates with Group Legal and departments in the preparation for and participation in arbitrations, negotiations, meetings with employee and labour department / IR court
Understanding and setting the objectives for the Human Resources operations
Assess human resources budget as per the requirements
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Guiding and consulting the HR Managers and other team members
Preparing detailed monthly HR reports
Overseeing HR databases
Resolving all employee-related issues and queries
Counselling employees as and when required
Analysing and monitoring HR performance metrics and KPIs
Provide insight and advice based on the trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
Requirements:
15 years of experience in the HR industry in a similar role and capacity.
Bachelor in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations / Business Administration / similar disciplines.
High writing proficiency, i.e. able to produce quality management reports / papers as and when required by the Management / Board of Directors.
Proficient in using office productivity applications such as MS Office and G-Suite.
Able to perform in a high intensity and fast paced work environment.
Candidates from shared service or MNCs background are preferred.
