Oversee the growth and profitability of the Real Estate & Property Development Division, ensuring efficient operations and strategic business development.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Strategize and collaborate with the COO on business planning and monitoring.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure operational compliance and risk management.
- Manage approvals for business plans, operations, decisions, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication across the organization regarding policies and performance.
- Oversee vendor performance and contract management.
- Monitor financial metrics and secure funding as needed.
- Prepare and review management reports on sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Drive brand positioning through high-quality project delivery and innovation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Property Development or Real Estate.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on results and responsibility.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
