A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in Sport Management / Golf Management OR a related field is typically preferred, may consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Prior experience in golf course management or hospitality management is often required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with members, guest. Able to build strong relationships, maintain customer satisfaction and effectively manage conflicts.
Proficiency in using golf software, reservation systems and other relevant computer programs.
Competent, dynamic, career oriented, task focused, matured and fair for organizing and planning abilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all activities related to golf, safety, safe conduct, maintenance and provision of equipment, enforcement of rules and planning and arranging of competitions and games.
To supervise and train staff of the Golf Operations on the Club\xe2\x80\x99s Rules and Regulation and ensuring smooth operation of the Department. Strong leadership and Management skills are essential to effectively communicate with staff, handle customer service issues.
To organize all golfing events and also to draw up the annual calendar of golf activities of the Club.
