-Leadership and Management:

-Provide strategic direction and effective leadership for the golf club, establishing clear goals and objectives.
-Supervise and mentor a team of golf professionals, course maintenance staff, and support personnel.

-Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize golf club operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

-Golf Operations:

-Oversee all golf-related activities, including tee time reservations, golf tournaments, and member events.
-Collaborate with golf professionals to deliver top-quality golf instruction and clinics for players of all skill levels.
-Ensure efficient utilization of the golf course, managing member and guest play while upholding course standards and pace of play.
-Work closely with the course maintenance team to maintain the course to the highest standards.

-Member and Guest Experience:

-Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of members and guests.
-Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the golfing experience and maximize member satisfaction.
-Address member concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and respectful environment.

-Financial Management:

-Prepare and manage the golf clubs annual budget, closely monitoring revenue and expenses to achieve financial targets.

-Identify opportunities for revenue growth through membership sales, guest play, and other income-generating initiatives.
-Maintain cost controls while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and facilities.

-Marketing and Promotion:

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies for attracting new members and guests.

-Participate in promotional activities, golf exhibitions, and community events to raise awareness of the golf club.
-Foster positive relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and sponsors.
Requirements

-Preferred bachelors degree in Golf Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

-At least 5 years of extensive experience working within the golf industry, including managerial positions.

-Comprehensive knowledge of golf club operations, golf instruction, and course maintenance practices.

-Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

-Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

-Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with members, guests, and stakeholders.

-Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

-Proficiency in utilizing golf management software and other relevant technology.
