• Shape and steer development of Quality Management (QM) strategy, roadmap and tracking of its implementation for Groupwide level. Provide leadership in driving, monitoring and institutionalize technical implementation of Quality Management (QM) operational and engineering improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategies to address Quality Management (QM) technical requirements and evaluate value creation opportunities. Provide technical guidance and advice in area of specialization.
• Drive development, review and enhance technical capability development tools, training requirements, modules, and conduct training.
• Act as a resource and a mentor and identify potential talents group wide. Conduct technical competency assessment, training, and coaching.
• Networking with internal & external technical experts for continuous technical development and advancement and shaping industrial standards. Establish Knowledge sharing of best practices within the industry and higher learning institutions, inclusive of writing and publishing journals, present papers related to Project Management or Quality Management.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering field

• Minimum 16 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Possess more than 15 years of working experience in managing project management (Quality aspects) of international Oil & Gas corporations.
• Experience in managing more than 3 capital projects.
• Experience in managing at least 1 international project in Quality function for capital project.
• Possess recognized International certification on Quality such as ASQ/CQI/ACI certified Quality Manager, IRCA Certified Lead Assessor etc.
