• Strategize and spearhead the development, deployment, implementation, and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS). Formulate and execute performance analysis and reporting through effective methodology and analysis on key focus area, trending, and predictive intervention for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions in problem diagnostics and technical audits. Lead, develop, review & enhance the technical capability development tools.
• Lead training requirements and modules and conduct training. Undertake technical coaching and conduct technical competency assessment.
• Network with technical experts for continuous technical development and advancement. Seek and introduce best practices, technology, and work processes.
• Be a committee member in professional bodies/external committees. Write and publish technical journals/present papers for internal and external publications.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering field

• Minimum 12 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Possess more than 10 years of working experience in managing project Quality Management (Execution/ Construction Stage) from international Oil & Gas corporations.
• Has experience in managing at least 1 international project in Quality function for capital project.
• Possess recognized International certification on Quality such as ASQ/CQI/ACI certified Quality Manager, IRCA Certified Lead Assessor.
• In-depth knowledge of Industry Standards, such as API, ASME.
