The team has experts in wide range of areas such as electromagnetic, mechanical, electrical, control algorithm, software, and project management. Motor Drives and Advanced Control (MDAC) within Power Systems is responsible for the motor control, electromagnetic design, system control, EOL production solution, software, and verifications. With over 100 experts globally, our team works from early development through to the production of our designs.The Programmes team lead and deliver Power Systems projects with the 3 \'ON\'s\xe2\x80\x9d (on-time, on-cost, on-spec) that are an instrumental part of Dyson\'s next generation products, whilst influencing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across Dyson.About the roleReporting to the Programme Manager, you will experience first-hand how the project manager role requires significant technical understanding with the incumbent needing to understand and communicate project status, risk and technical progress to senior management; whilst interacting with key stakeholders in the engineering, operations and quality teams as well as key suppliers.
