This role is full time permanent position, reporting to CFO. This is a key role within the Finance department in which you will be responsible for performing group consolidations,preparing statutory accounts for the Group of companies. Key Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7Preparation and review of group financial reporting, including management accounts and reports, annual statutory, financial statements, budget, income tax/deferred tax computation. \xc2\xb7Manage and prepare condensed statement and quarterly financial reporting to Bursa Malaysia. \xc2\xb7Preparation of group consolidation of accounts, management reports, financial analysis, budget, interim/annual financial statements. \xc2\xb7Preparation of monthly management account analysis. \xc2\xb7In charge of annual audit exercise for the Group and responsible for the preparation of audited financial statements. Requirements: Candidate profile The successful candidate must have proven corporate reporting experience including managing the consolidation process within public listed environment. \xc2\xb7Malaysian with ACCA/CIMA or minimum Bachelor degree in Accountancy. \xc2\xb7Proven 3-5 years of relevant work experience in managing group finance in public listed company environment. \xc2\xb7Financial/management reporting. \xc2\xb7Prior initial work experience gained from Big 4 or second tier audit firm would be highly regarded. \xc2\xb7Technically competent and up to date with relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards, especially Financial Reporting standards. \xc2\xb7Familiarity with the requirements of public-listed companies will be an asset. \xc2\xb7Strong operational consolidations skills will be necessary. \xc2\xb7Must be proficient in English, spoken and written plus conversant in BM and/or Mandarin. \xc2\xb7Advance-level spreadsheets skills.
