Company DescriptionSports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for Group Brand Marketing Executive to join our growing team.Malaysia marks the first direct retail investment in Asia through a joint venture partnership with Malaysian owned MST Golf Group of companies, a well-established golf retailer and service provider in the region. Sports Direct Malaysia currently operates a total of 32 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary SportsDirect.com e-commerce site for domestic and regional fulfillment. The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).Job Summary:As the Group Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to manage, plan and implement the strategies to grow branding awareness for Sports Direct & USC owned brand such as Slazenger, Karrimor, Everlast, USA Pro, Jack Wills ect. You will also work closely with other members in the Brand Marketing Team for alignment on campaign planning and all marketing activations.Responsibilities :Your responsibilities as the Group Brand Markting Executive will include but not limited to:

• Plan and strategize best ways to grow group brand awareness and credibility in the market. Specifically focusing on Slazenger, Karrimor, Everlast, USA Pro, Jack Wills
• Assist, coordinate and execute all brand marketing campaigns, events, promotions, contest, launches throughout the campaign.
• Build a strategy around group brand ambassadors, product seeding.
• Leverage on loyalty program and community activation to grow group branding.
• Source, plan and execute different activations and partnerships within sports communities.
• Strategize how to get more brand awareness and product sales across Retail stores and E-com sites (nationwide)
• Handle all documents related processes related to job tasks requested.
• Prepare related reports for supervisor.
• Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitors\' activities.
• Source new advertising opportunities
• Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

QualificationsCandidate must have the following requirement:

• At least Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing or similar discipline couple with at least 4 years experiences in similar business within Retail Industry.
• Background of understanding how to launch a new brand and grow it within Malaysia or SE Asian market.
• Good computer literary especially in excel, words and PowerPoint.
• With good communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
• With entrepreneur and business mindset.
• Can do attitude.
