-Responsible for consolidating the financial results of all the companies within the group into a single set of financial statements.

-Lead the preparation and submission of the groups financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

-Provide support to the business units within the group, ensuring that they comply with accounting policies and procedures

-You will work closely with external auditors to ensure that the groups financial statements are audited in a timely and efficient manner.

-Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices.

-Ensure that the group complies with all regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.
Requirements

-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

-At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP), and consolidation techniques.

-Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software such as SAP.

-Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
