Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To lead Company Auxiliary Police Team, Outsource Security personnel and to be the first responder on emergencies \xc2\xb7 Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols. \xc2\xb7 Enforce laws, rules, company policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 To maintain, develop and improvise Security Operation Procedures (SOP) and incorporate best practices for standardization among business units. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for complete and timely delivery of accurate investigation/incident reports. \xc2\xb7 Compliances to any audits and inspections. \xc2\xb7 Manage effective access control to buildings and protecting employees, guests, and stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Develops and maintains good working relationships with local law enforcement authorities etc. \xc2\xb7 Handles inquiries and complaints pertaining to security operations. \xc2\xb7 To execute and attend any ad-hoc task or any other tasks assigned by immediate superior. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the overall security and well-being matters in within the vicinity of company. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 No criminal cases & record \xc2\xb7 Pass criminal screening \xc2\xb7 Minimum SPM qualification with minimum 2 years working experience \xc2\xb7 Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree qualifications (external intake) \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge on fire system and OSHA will be advantage \xc2\xb7 To display a pleasant manner, integrity, and positive attitude at all the times \xc2\xb7 Basic Microsoft Office required \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with report writing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
