Review, analyze and evaluate business systems (GCRS/1AML/ReSS) and business user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Acquire costing from GT team within scope of project.
To serve as a liaison between stakeholders/users and development team.
Facilitate meetings with business users and developers to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
Validate proposed solutions to technical and business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
Monitors deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Work with various parties to implement and deliver changes or enhancement of the system.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Assist in business process redesign and technical documentation for internal reference.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree.
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
PPM / Prince or any of its equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
Experience in project management within banking industry.
Knowledge of full software lifecycle development and experience in large and complex systems within the financial sectors.
