- To handle check-in and check-out transaction
- To key in customer data in GHPMS
- Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests
- Makes and confirms reservations
- Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to guest folio
- Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Vocational
- Language(s): English ,Malay
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
