Guest Service Assistant

We are looking for Guest Service Assistant.

As a Guest Service Assistant, we rely on you to

• Be responsible for guest registration, guest check-in and check out, cashering and foreigh exchange.
• Ensure smooth efficient guest services at all times.
• The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries or requests

We are looking for someone who:

• At least 2 years experience in the same capacity, preferably in an international hotel.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
• Good guest engagement and providing best - fit solutions for guests.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of computers.
