GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT cum EW CORPORATE ACCOUNTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs from before their arrival to the day of their departure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide client support and translation services where needed within and outside of Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to client orders and queries, from processing orders to ensuring orders reach the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update all client history and CRM data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel within Malaysia and outside of Malaysia as sent by the Company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ad hoc duties given by reporting officer. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin \xe2\x80\x93 excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent time management and planning skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid passport for travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work after normal working hours, over weekends and Public Holidays when needed.
