Job Description

Responsible for the efficient rooming of hotel guests according to established procedures. Prepares and maintains records pertinent to guests staying in the hotel and control of room status. Records, maintains and collates room accounts. Ensures that all guests settle their accounts before leaving the hotel. Operates the PABX switchboard, sends faxes and ensures that telephone messages are relayed to the right hotel guests.

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
