Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to cater to our diverse guest base.
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
Good in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is highly desirable.
Willing to work at Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan.

Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes while promptly addressing guest inquiries.
Manage and enhance the hotel\'s social media presence, engaging with guests and promoting our services effectively.
Compile and prepare various reports related to guest services and hotel operations to support decision-making.
Accurately prepare quotations, reservation confirmation letters, and invoices in a timely manner.
Handle administrative paperwork and purchasing tasks to ensure efficient hotel operations.
