Job Description


Provide friendly and courteous reception, mail and information, cashiering, guest relations and business center service at the Front Office. Attends to guest needs and complaints effectively. Ensures smooth operations and maintaining the established code of standards, efficiency and professionalism set by Management. Provide Management with timely feedback and reports of daily occurrence, incidents and complaints. Work schedule based on shift rotation:

  • 6 days per week with 1 day off
  • 7.5 hours per day / 45 hours per week
  • night shift allowance will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask and scan QR code using MySejahtera app when entering premises, arrangement of sitting area and reception counter with 1 meter distance, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, etc. Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
