Key Responsibilities
To assist HE in preparing and submitting halal certification applications for Central Kitchen (CK) and all outlets.
To support HE in preparing documents, evidences, and records required for External Halal Audit by JAKIM/JAIN.
To assist HE in maintain and update Raw Material Masterlist to ensure all ingredients used in CK and outlets are accurately recorded.
To ensure all ingredients are halal-certified and sourced only from approved suppliers (especially critical items).
To assist HE in planning, conducting, and documenting Internal Halal Audits for CK and all outlets.
To support HE in delivering Internal Halal Awareness Training to all workers in CK and outlets.
To assist HE in organizing, preparing documentation, and following up on matters related to Internal Halal Committee (IHC) meetings.
To perform any other duties assigned by superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
