Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices. Ensure hardware compatibility with company systems and infrastructure. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty hardware components. Maintain accurate hardware inventory, asset tagging, and lifecycle records. Monitor hardware performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary. Support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external storage devices. Ensure physical security and system integrity of all hardware assets. Enforce IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices. Provide first-level support for hardware-related issues. Train users on proper hardware usage and basic troubleshooting. Evaluate new hardware technologies and recommend improvements. Maintain technical documentation for hardware configurations and maintenance procedures. Assist in data backup operations for servers and storage devices.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. At least one year of relevant work experience possesses professional knowledge of information security, strong foundational knowledge and skills in desktop system maintenance, and hardware knowledge; proficient in disassembly, installation, and repair; excellent communication, problem-solving,
