Job Description
Ensures quality of products received and produced by daily machine checks, moisture tests, temperature checks, saw cut checks, grade checks, proper icing
Ensures high yields by checking the accuracy of scales, scale sheets, weights from previous day\xe2\x80\x99s production, package weights
Provides leadership and encouragement in a mood of safety consciousness efficiency of production
Work with the teams to set and achieve stretch goals for the safety and training
Review new procedures and documents for impact on food safety
Review any new items for impact on food safety
